I’m a little confused because I picked what looked like my shade and it actually matched perfectly. No weird undertone or anything, which I was not expecting.

I ordered two lipsticks, and I’m almost positive one of them is the wrong shade. Shipping was fine enough, I guess, but now I have to deal with getting it sorted out, which is kind of annoying.

I decided to try Mented after seeing people say their shade range was better for deeper skin, and I’m really glad I gave it a shot

The options felt like they were actually made with my skin tone in mind, not just added as an afterthought I didn’t have to mix shades or deal with anything looking too red, orange, or ashy

It blended in nicely and looked like my actual skin, even in daylight, which is usually where some products fail for me I’d definitely buy it again

I had to reach out to customer service twice before I finally heard back, which was a little frustrating. Once they did reply, they were friendly and helpful, if that makes sense. The wait wasn’t great, but my issue did end up getting fixed

I waited way longer than I should have for this order, and it still showed up late. What’s frustrating is that the shipping policy seems to have just enough loopholes for them to avoid taking responsibility, even when the delay is clearly on their end. Not a great experience.

I’ve ordered this a few times now, and the colors and texture have stayed the same each time, which I really appreciate. Always nice when you don’t have to guess what’s going to show up, right? The only downside was that shipping was a little slow, but overall, I’m happy with it.

The color was okay, I guess. It showed up decently, but I found myself having to layer it more than I thought I would. Maybe I was expecting too much, but the payoff just didn’t wow me...

So, my skin is sensitive, and I was fully expecting some kind of breakout situation, but surprisingly, the foundation didn’t irritate me at all. Very calm about it, obviously. The shade was just a tiny bit off, which is fine, totally fine, but overall it worked well for me.

The color was nice but it felt kind of heavy on my lips and went on a bit patchy. I wanted to like it more just not my favorite.

I felt like it was too expensive for what I got. It just didn’t seem worth the price to me

I really wanted to love this because the shade is so pretty, but it just didn’t hold up for me. After about two hours, it was already fading and starting to look patchy, and I hadn’t even eaten much or done anything that should’ve worn it off that quickly.
I kept having to check it and reapply, which got frustrating fast. It feels nice when you first put it on, but for the price, I expected it to last a lot longer. i’d at least expect some acknowledgment or apology because this was disappointing

Not gonna lie, I was impressed when my order showed up. The packaging was clean and sturdy, and everything inside was in perfect shape. Even the lipstick box looked cute. Overall, really happy with how it arrived.
